Soul and Spirit Center Frequently Asked Questions

Is your online shopping safe?
Yes, we are protected by the merchant account Elavon and our own Secure Certificates. If you are un sure about making online purchases just give us a call at 413-243-2834 and we will determine another form of payment.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American express credit cards online.
 
Do you have any payment methods besides credit card?
You are welcome to mail in your order with a personal check with address and phone number, drawn on a US bank account. You may also mail us a US dollar money order.  We are unable to accept PayPal as a payment method for online orders.

DISTRIBUTION AND SHIPPING
How do you ship?
We ship by the United States Postal Service.
 
When can I expect my purchase?
We ship within 4 Business days, days of receipt of your order.  Depending on your location your order should arrive within 10 days.
 
Do you ship internationally?
Orders shipped to addresses outside the U.S. and Canada may be placed by contacting the Center at (413) 243 - 2834 or email us at Info@SoulandSpiritCenter.com.  We will base the shipping charge on the actual rate with the USPS.
 
Please keep in mind that any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs for an order are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of Berkshire Soul & Spirit Center. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. 
 
What happens if an item is out of stock?

Backordered items. If a selected item is not in stock when you place your order, we will contact you to determine if you wish the item placed on Back-Order. We will charge your credit card only when we ship the item. 

REFUND POLICY:
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
If you are not happy with your purchase or if it is damaged, we will replace your item or issue you store credit for the amount of the item.  Please contact us promptly - within a week of arrival. All items must be returned in the original condition for replacement/store credit to be issued.
 
 
Privacy Policy
 
We do not share your name, email, phone number or address with anyone, ever, period. We do not share our contact information with our vendors or other entities.
